Thank you! this artical changed my entire life. in high school i have formed a rep of being shy at my school and its hard to change even though i am not the quier every one knows me as. so i read this artical, and i found out about espin. and becuase of that i was able to meet up with a girl who lives very near me and we are head over heels with each other.
