Normally a pat on the back isn't a sign of more than a friend attraction. However, if he is touching you more recently then he used to... that could be a sign his feelings for you have changed. If you are interested in changing your relationship, you may want to give him some hints that your feelings have changed (leaning closer to him, spending more time with him, etc) and see how he reacts.

Theres this guy that i think likes me. He patted me on the back the other day. Is he being friendly(he IS my best frend thats a boy) or does he like me??

Christina, thanks for the question. I think there is a good chance that he is interested in you since he stood up and appears to have followed you around to get a second look. Are you interested in him? If he doesn't approach you soon to talk, consider starting a conversation yourself.

Does he like me ? I was entering a supermarket when I unexpectedly caught him sitting and talking to a fellow colleague ? Immediately, he stood up but I just walked pass him - I went to the 2nd floor. As I turned, I saw him running down several aisles and peeping through - dont know if he was looking for me. He suddenly turned around n caught me standing there staring at him. He just pretended to look around for other things.
