dont stereotypicalize 'emo' by doing so and trying to make ppl understand you are fueling the fire that is society and society will continue to label if you encourage them too.. this did not impress me, but amused, as thats alot of half empty assumptions on your part

EMO love is great. My boyfriend and I are EMO. Its the greatest relationship I've been in. We've been together for a year and a half. We do get into fights, but doesn't everyone. He writes poems and songs for me....I love him.

I think emo love is beautiful. My boyfriend is emo, im more of a rocker emo chick, and he is just that way. He writes me songs and poems and we only get in "fights" about who is cuter or sweeter. And in the end we always say we both are. Its been over a month and we havent fought once! I love it and I love him with all of my heart! =]

David, sorry to hear that the emo girl doesn't love you back. You can keep trying to win her over, but sometimes you just have to accept that a girl isn't interested. I suggest finding another emo girl that will love you back.

Alan--I'm sorry to hear that you are having some dating troubles. The girls you are trying to get to know better--are they Emo also? If they aren't, they might not be used to a more emotional guy. If they are Emo, it's still possible that you are coming on too strong too quickly. Try being friends for a while before you start making them feel loved. You can still be very nice and open emotionally, just hold back a little at first.

If you'd like to be more specific about what is happening, such as what the girls are saying to you, I'd be happy to offer more advice.

it's kinda true all that... I guess I would say I'm Emo and I'm always making tha girl I love feel loved but tha girls always think I'm too much or don't wanna know anymore and leave me :(
