Problem with these subscription based sites is that they don't tell you who can reply to your messages... they require BOTH the sender and receiver to be paying subscribers. So you can pay for a subscription, and wonder why nobody you write to ever replies back... they can't, they aren't subscribers! In some cases they may not even be active accounts anymore (once you create an account, even if you never go back to it they'll leave it on their system to inflate the number of users they can claim to have). As a subscriber (or potential subscriber even), they don't tell you that stuff though.
